The Tremont Refresh

Nordblom Company selected Erland Construction, in partnership with Stantec, to refresh The Tremont, a 214,000-square-foot luxury apartment community originally built by Erland in 2016. This revitalization project enhanced the living experience for residents while modernizing the building’s shared spaces. The scope of work included the creation of new work-from-home spaces in the main lobby to meet the evolving needs of residents. Most common areas and amenity spaces received updated finishes and fresh paint, while the sky lounge was reconfigured to offer a more functional and inviting environment. Additionally, the corridor carpeting throughout the building was replaced to elevate the overall look and feel of the property. As The Tremont remained fully occupied during construction, Erland leveraged its experience working in active environments to ensure minimal disruption to residents. Through close collaboration with Nordblom, Erland delivered a seamless construction process while maintaining a safe, comfortable, and respectful atmosphere for all tenants.
