Education: I joined Erland in October of 1999 as the Front Desk Coordinator. Within a year, I moved up to an Administrator position, then shortly thereafter, in June of 2000, to the IT role I am currently in. I took a few classes, but the majority of my skillset was self-taught!

Philanthropic Activities: I am a Board Member of the Junior Women’s Club of Walpole and volunteer within my local YMCA's Livestrong cancer program.

Boards & Committees: I happily serve on Erland's Employee Relations Committee.

First Construction Job: My dad was in construction and my siblings are all in some type of construction, so when I was looking to start my career, I went down this same path. I worked for a smaller construction company and an electrician before joining Erland. It’s also how I met my husband!

First Project with Erland: My first project as IT Manager was to streamline our use of technology. Since then, I have tackled several other initiatives including moving the company to a virtual platform that allows remote work even if there's a power outage in our office.

When My Boots are Off: I enjoy travelling, skiing, and spending time with my family and friends!

When My Boots are Off: I usually put my golf shoes on and head to a course. I also enjoy spending time with my two daughters when they’re home from college.

First Construction Job: My first job was with Massachusetts Port Authority as a Concrete & Materials Inspector. I worked on the construction of Terminal B, its garage, and several runway expansions at Logan International Airport, as well as repairs to the Mystic River Bridge, also known as the Tobin Bridge.

First Project with Erland: When I started at Erland, I was a Project Manager. My first project with Building #38 in Northwest Park. Tom was the Field Supervisor. We worked closely with Ken Froeberg who oversaw the project.

When My Boots are Off: I spend time helping injured veterans through my work with Boston’s Wounded Veterans 501(c)(3). In 2019, we took 16 WWII vets to Belgium to be celebrated at the 75th Anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge. It was an incredibly rewarding experience. I also enjoy riding my motorcycle, golfing, running, playing guitar, and participating in a couple of rounds of poker!

First Project with Erland: I first worked with Erland as a subcontractor on a project for The Fay School. When I joined the company full-time, my first project was the fit-up of the Staples Corporate Headquarters in Southborough, MA.

When My Boots are Off: (which isn’t often), I enjoy working with my hands and generally have a home renovation or some other sort of carpentry project going on. Now that my kids are grown and each own a home, there’s no shortage of projects!

First Project with Erland: I joined Erland in 2008 to manage the company’s Connecticut office which I ran for several years before transitioning to my new role as Residential Group Manager.

When My Boots are Off: I am usually watching my sons’ sporting events. When I’m not at a lacrosse field or mountain with them, I enjoy road and mountain biking, alpine and Nordic skiing, and doing yard work.

When My Boots are Off: I enjoy golfing, bowling, boating, jet skiing, ATV’ing, snowmobiling, woodworking, playing poker, checking out classic cars, and most importantly, spending time at my lake house in Maine with my wife, three kids and their spouses, and my four grandchildren.

First Construction Job: I started my construction career with T.G. Nickel & Associates, LLC as an assistant project manager on The Bryant at 16 West 40th St. in New York City – a contemporary 33-story tower designed by international architect, David Chipperfield. The mixed-use building is situated across from Bryant Park and the New York Public Library's Stephen A. Schwarzman building. The Bryant is approximately 221,000sf and consists of 226 boutique hotel rooms and 57 condominiums.

First Project with Erland: My first project with Erland was Adelaide of Newton Centre – Newton’s first all-memory care senior living community.

When My Boots are Off: In my free time, I enjoy spending my days on the beach, traveling the world, golfing, and playing guitar.
