Boston Scientific, a global leader in biomedical engineering and medical device manufacturing, once again chose Erland as their trusted partner for a complex project at their active Marlborough campus. Working alongside Margulies Perruzzi Architects, Erland demolished a pedestrian connector bridge and renovated the existing kitchen and servery space in Building 100, the hub of the campus that includes key amenities and shipping and receiving operations. These capital work updates required extensive coordination with Boston Scientific to ensure uninterrupted access to essential campus functions and safety. Erland focused on maintaining kitchen operations during peak hours to keep employee services running smoothly. To minimize disruption, noisy activities were carefully scheduled around the daycare’s hours of operation. This marked the seventh collaboration between Erland and Boston Scientific since 2018, highlighting our shared commitment to excellence and seamless project delivery.
