Ames Pond Corporate Center

Working for developer Leggat McCall, Erland managed the interior renovations to three areas of the Ames Pond Corporate Center in Tewksbury. The building’s 8,500sf lobby received new tile, carpet, paint, and a high-end wood paneling wall system. Originally scheduled for six weeks, Erland completed this portion of the project in just two and a half weeks at the client’s request to minimize disruption to the ongoing tenant operations. The final two phases of work included fit-up for building tenants, Time Trade and X-Rite. Time Trade - Erland upgraded existing finishes; performed selective demolition; and added new carpet, paint, and ceiling tiles. Office fronts feature specialty frameless glass partitions. X-Rite - Erland moved the tenant’s kitchen from one end of their space to another, routing piping around an existing server room.
