A global software company enabling industrial digital transformation all over the world, teamed with Cresa, Erland, and Fusion Design Consultants to renovate 24,000sf of their existing office space in Needham, MA. Located on the second floor of a 3-story occupied office building, the minor renovation and tenant fit-out for C&W Services was completed in just nine weeks. The project scope included construction of new non-structural interior partitions, MEP system upgrades, and updated amenity spaces. The new layout provides a working environment that promotes culture, increases productivity, improves collaboration, and drives innovation for C&W Services’ employees. It features an open-concept design with modern, high-end finishes, conference rooms, and coffee stations. New mechanical equipment was also installed to supplement the existing systems. Erland worked around the landlord’s regulations to mitigate any noise and disruption to the neighboring tenants and maintain the project’s schedule.
