Myomo (45 Blue Sky Drive)

Nordblom selected Erland, in collaboration with Maugel DeStefano Architects, to upgrade 18,000sf of space within 45 Blue Sky Drive for future tenant Myomo, a leader in orthotics and prosthetics robotics. This transformative project was executed in two well-coordinated phases to ensure minimal disruption to the building’s occupants. The lower level includes the creation of specialized labs for 3D printing, engineering, and quality control. New offices, an engineering lab, huddle and conference rooms, a wellness room, and a kitchen/break room were constructed on the second floor. The project required the reconfiguration of the space’s existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (MEPs) and acoustic ceiling tile (ACT) to accommodate these enhancements. The building remained occupied throughout construction.
