Erland recruits co-op students and recent graduates from several New England colleges with a concentration in construction management and related engineering programs. We also team with institutions such as Wentworth Institute of Technology, Merrimack College, Springfield College, and the Francis Ouimet Scholarship Fund to offer scholarships for students majoring in these fields. Upon graduating one of these colleges, your strong construction or engineering knowledge is immediately applicable to the work that you will be doing here – be it in project management, field operations, preconstruction, or estimating. We’re a group of work-hard-play-hard individuals. Throughout the year, our team members celebrate the holidays with decorating contests, embrace their competitive sides with the annual Fall Brawl, and enjoy a night of dinner and dancing at the Spring Fling.
