Hobbs Brook Real Estate (HBRE), a leading innovator in commercial real estate with a portfolio of sustainable properties across the United States and Singapore, has selected Erland Construction to renovate the cafe at their bustling 601 Edgewater Drive property in Wakefield. Partnering with Margulies Perruzzi Architects, Erland will transform the cafe and dining area into a modern, inviting space. The renovation includes new finishes, millwork, lighting, acoustical ceiling tiles, and sprinkler heads, along with substantial modifications to the building’s existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, as well as the addition of a patio just outside the cafe. Erland will work closely with HBRE to ensure building operations continue seamlessly, prioritizing safety and maintaining kitchen services during peak hours. The project will meet all FM standards, reflecting Erland’s commitment to safety and quality.
