Erland Construction Welcomes New Team Members and Celebrates Key Promotion

Burlington, MA – Erland Construction is excited to announce significant additions to its firm and the promotion of a dedicated team member. The company welcomes Kyle Dupell and Rick Walega to Erland and congratulates Brian Gately on a well-deserved promotion.

Kyle Dupell joins Erland as a Project Executive in the Advanced Technology/Life Sciences Group. Kyle brings extensive experience and a strong network in the lab and manufacturing markets. His background in real estate, construction management, and architecture gives him a deep understanding of the technical and strategic aspects of these industries. Kyle's expertise will help drive Erland's growth and reinforce its presence in the advanced technology and life sciences markets.

Rick Walega has been appointed as Erland’s inaugural Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This new strategic role reflects the company's continued growth and commitment to financial excellence. Rick brings a unique blend of experience to Erland, having spent 20 years navigating both the construction management and construction fintech sectors. His deep understanding of the industry, paired with his expertise in leveraging technology for efficiency, will be instrumental in streamlining processes and ensuring project success. As CFO, Rick will be a key player in Erland's future, leading financial strategy and ensuring robust financial operations that support the company's expanding project portfolio and ambitious long-term growth goals.

Additionally, Brian Gately has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. Brian began his journey with Erland 11 years ago as a Co-op Student while attending Wentworth Institute of Technology. Throughout that time, he has successfully managed significant projects for clients such as Boston Scientific, Mycronic, Leggat McCall Properties, The Fessenden School, and Tenacre Country Day School. Brian's leadership and mentorship have been instrumental in the success of these projects, consistently driving positive outcomes for Erland’s clients. His promotion to Senior Project Manager is a well-deserved recognition of his dedication, expertise, and the significant impact he has made on his project teams and clients.
