Erland Construction Completes One Corporate Drive Revamp Project with IQHQ

Andover, MA – Erland Construction, in partnership with Ellenzweig and real estate developer IQHQ, announces the transformation of One Corporate Drive in Andover, Massachusetts. The project involved the construction of a 59,994-square-foot addition and the renovation of 68,215 square feet of existing space, creating a cutting-edge life science headquarters.

The newly revamped 128,209-square-foot One Corporate Drive is strategically designed for Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) operations and to achieve LEED Gold Certification. In addition to the structural enhancements, Erland implemented site improvements, including installing new infrastructure and underground utilities. This successful venture marks Erland's inaugural partnership with IQHQ.
