2023 Project Team Spotlights

July
This month’s Project Team Spotlight was provided by Erland’s One Corporate Drive team.

BRS/Building Restoration Services is being recognized for their support on the One Corporate Drive project in Waltham. As a building envelope consultant with over 20 years of experience in the industry, BRS has assisted with creating additional details for existing conditions after a thorough review of the jobsite. They have gone above and beyond to help the project team with document review to mitigate warranty work.

This month’s Project Team Spotlight was provided by Erland’s Ice Rink at The Fessenden School team.

CBT Architects is being recognized for their work on the Ice Rink renovation at The Fessenden School in Newton. Similar to previous projects we have partnered on for the day school, CBT has been very responsive to the team and receptive to open discussion. As a firm, they have the owner’s best interest in mind.

This month’s Project Team Spotlight was provided by Erland’s Broadstone 305 team.

Veitas Engineers is being recognized for their work at Broadstone 305 in Waltham. As the project’s structural engineer, the have been very responsive when questions arise and have been accommodating in the field to keep the project moving forward.
 

April
This month’s Project Team Spotlight was provided by Erland’s 101 Smith Place team.

McNamara • Salvia Structural Engineers is being recognized for their work at 101 Smith Place in Cambridge. Their support during the foundation installation and steel erection has been essential to the project’s progress. McNamara • Salvia has been working diligently with our field team to help provide solutions to any challenges that arise, minimizing any potential impact on the construction schedule.
 

March
This month’s Project Team Spotlight was provided by Erland’s One Corporate Drive (IQHQ) team.

Ellenzweig, and specifically Steve Crock, the firm’s lead on the project, are being recognized for their open communication and ongoing collaboration. Steve has juggled various responsibilities over the last three to four months, and through it all, he continues to be professional and positive. Steve is always willing to meet with the Erland team and subcontractors to overcome challenges and has worked extremely hard to keep the project moving forward.
 

February
This month’s Project Team Spotlights were provided by Erland’s Residential Group.

KLS Consulting Services, Inc. was nominated by both the Broadstone 305 and Benjamin Franklin Building (Sherman) at Hancock Village teams for their outstanding BIM coordination support on these large residential projects.
 

January
This month’s Project Team Spotlights were provided by Erland’s Academic, Corporate, Commercial Group.

The Freedom Wind at Patriot Place team nominated ahp Architects for their continued hard work and collaboration throughout the project. We can always depend on them to stay on top of the latest design and developments within the industry.

The Patterson-Sculley House (Residence Life Project) at St. Mark’s School team nominated Goody Clancy for their unwavering support in getting through the punchlist process and final inspections to turn the completed building over as quickly as possible. 

The 101 Smith Place team nominated Gale Associates, Inc. for minimizing the risk of having exposed/pre-hydrated waterproofing during foundation/mat slab placement. They were a true team player, clearly communicating any corrective actions in the field to both subcontractors and the ECI team, and proposing/working with us to develop solutions to unique project-specific details.
