Careers at Erland.
Assistant Project Manager
My favorite thing about working in construction is that it never gets boring. Each project is different. Each stage of a project is also very different. I feel like there is always an opportunity to grow, even if you've been doing the same role or work for many years, there's still something new to learn.”
Working with Erland has helped me garner market-specific skillsets and a fuller understanding of the varying types of construction we're involved with as a company. Having this experience allows me to continue to grow in my role as well as mentor others along the way.”

We’re a group of work-hard-play-hard individuals. Throughout the year, our team members celebrate the holidays with decorating contests, embrace their competitive sides with the annual Fall Brawl, and enjoy a night of dinner and dancing at the Spring Fling. Getting together outside of our normal job responsibilities is important to us and builds on our already strong family culture.
